Tonight , April 24, 2012 , may be her lastnight , PLEASE EVERYONE PRAY FOR HER !!!! Emily's favorite color is purple , purple is the color to support her , Emily is a strong girl to have go through this not even be able to live a childhood , she is my inspiration she has fought this for about 2 years now , such a strong little girl . She has been threw about everything , and still stays smiling what a wonderful little girl. Emily is fighting very hard to beat acute lymphoblastic leukemia and needs extra prayers right now. A good friend told Emily she is "Imara kama Simba" which in Swahili means "brave like a lion". She's definitely one brave little girl! Bp is a little lower but is still ok for her other organs. Kidneys fine. Tom leaned over while shes in coma state and told her to keep fighting and she nods! So they know she can hear them. Says she is comfortable. Doctor saw t cells in blood after steroids. He will look at their activity in marrow this afternoon. Longer she gets steroids the more chance of killing them off. But she needs roids for lungs. Bottom line holding her own • April 23, 2012 Emily is still resting sedated on the ventilator. Her temperature is normal. They have been turning down the meds boosting her blood pressure and it has been stable without the meds. The early look at the bone marrow showed 60% blasts ...
